Badge control
Only participants with the following name badges have access to the conference centre:
Persons with black (organiser), red (supervisor) and yellow (staff) badges have access to all areas of the congress center at any time – also in case of an eventual overflow, when a lecture hall has to be closed for security/safety reasons.
Your job is:
- Check badges quickly to avoid queues. Don’t get involved in long conversations with the delegates.
- At least one person per door/area must be in attendance at all times.
- Delegates without a name badge should not penter the conference area. Send him/her back to the registration area to receive a name badge.
- Children under the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter the conference area.
- Suitcases (except cabin trolleys) are not allowed in the halls and have to be stored in the cloakroom.
- All participants and staff are requested to wear their name badges clearly visible at all times.
- A delegate walking around without name badge should be asked to wear it.
