You should be onsite and in uniform by 08:00 from Tuesday to Friday (16 – 19 September 2025).

Entrance to Member Lounge
Delegates must show their name badge to you to be scanned for access:
- Only delegates with a blue (delegate) and a light blue (EASD faculty) badge get access
- ONLY persons with a yellow (staff), red (supervisor) or black (organiser) badge may enter the Member Lounge without scanning.
- No green (industry/exhibitor), and no grey (press) badges are allowed
Scanning Process
* You get a green box – delegate is an EASD Member – access granted
* You get a red box – delegate is not a member of EASD – no access
- If a delegate says “but I am an EASD member” – please direct to Sarah Schotten.
- Delegates just need to be scanned when entering the EASD Member Lounge, they do not need to be scanned leaving.
- Please scan delegates every time when entering the Lounge, so we can screen the demand.
Your job
- Keeping the lounge tidy (clear away empty cups, used plates, etc.)
- Running errands when needed
- Support (all) delegates with requests
- Questions regarding membership activities should be directed to Sarah Schotten.
