Your job is:
- First of all, your main responsibility is to be present as a contact person for any questions a client may have. Further on, you have to assist with any occurring problems and forward extra orders to the persons in charge.
- You will be equipped with a meeting room time schedule. This schedule displays which meeting takes place in which room at what time.
- Before and while the meetings are running, please stay at your central point all the time. Even during a meeting, questions could arise and you have to react as fast as possible. A short break is possible at any time but shouldn’t last too long.
- In case you are not able to help the client with his/her request, please contact INTERPLAN/Nicole Pfirrmann +49 173 7088512 immediately, please inform the client that his/her request is taken care of.

Access to the industry meeting rooms:
- All persons requesting access to the industry meeting rooms must be registered for the congress.
⇒ Persons without an official congress badge will not be permitted to enter the rooms.
⇒ This also applies for set-up and dismantling times. - The rooms have to be vacated at 18:00 (Friday at 14:00) at the latest due to security reasons.
Where do the companies get the keys for the industry meeting rooms from?
- The keys for the industry meeting rooms can be picked up at the Interplan Industry Counter, which is located in the registration area (NCC, ground floor).
- The person in charge will be able to pick up the key for the industry meeting room 30 minutes prior to the booked period.
- If a company has booked an industry meeting room for more than one day, they do not need to bring the key back every evening. They are more than welcome to keep the key and return it at the very end of the booked period.
Where does the key need to be returned?
The key has to be returned at the Interplan Industry Counter half an hour after the booked period has ended at the latest.
In case the key is either not returned or lost, we will have to charge 150 € plus statutory sales tax according to European regulations to the company. Therefore it is really important for all parties that these keys are forwarded to the Interplan Industry Counter ONLY and that the receipt is confirmed there.
