  • Please check wether there are tags and fixing material for suitcases, backpacks and bags (Prüfe ob an Garderobenständern bereits Marken sowie Befestigungsmaterial für Koffer, Rucksäcke & Taschen (strips, clips or rubber bands) on the coat racks
  • If there are hangers, please attach the tags there
  • Make some space for suitcases and backpacks
  • Check whether there is a sign or display with "Liability information"
  • Familiarize yourself with your surroundings (toilet, parking lot, registration counter, elevator, emergency exit, ATM)
  • Greet the participants warmly
  • Hang the jacket on a coat rack, remove the appropriate tag and give it to the participant
  • Cloakroom tags must be attached to backpacks, bags and suitcases and placed in chronological order
  • Always have the main programme ready for questions
  • Even when it gets full, keep calm and avoid hectic
  • The cloakroom is free of charge
  • Even when it gets very quiet during the sessions, always pay attention and look around, a participant may need your help (please avoid the use of cell phones, reading books, eating food, chewing gum)
  • Please make sure everything looks clean and tidy
  • Attention: The cloakroom must be manned at all times, coordinate with colleagues or the chief hostess
