Media check
The media check is the technical hub for all presentations at the congress. Here, the technical partner helps all presenters upload and manage their presentations. They support the client in looking after the presenters and help ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Your tasks at the media check:
- Adressing the speakers proactively
- Assisting in appointing work stations and technicians if there is a big rush
- You make sure that everything is tidy and that sufficient drinks are stocked for the speakers at all times

- Where can I get the main program of the congress?
- Where do I get the congress bags?
- How do I get to the plenum of congress?
- Where do I find the bathroom?
- Where do I find the elevator?
- Where do I find the checkroom?
- How do I get to the exhibition?
- Where do I find the poster exhibition?
- Where do the coffee breaks or lunch take place?
- Where does the social evening take place? What's the best way to get there?
- Is there free wifi? What is the access code?
