Sponsor Meeting Hub
From Thursday to Sunday, the Sponsor Meeting Hub will be open to pharmaceutical companies and exhibitors.
It is located in Hall 3.1, Exhibition hall.
Slots can be booked for 45 minutes up to 2 hours between 08:00 – 17:30 during the following time slots:
Time slot 1: 08:00 – 10:00
Time slot 2: 10:30 – 12:30
Time slot 3: 13:00 – 15:00
Time slot 4: 15:30 – 17:30
Please note that on Sunday June 11 – the Sponsor Meeting hub will close at 12:30.
The meeting rooms are provided free of charge to industry and booking were made before (see booking list). However, onsite bookings can still be made if rooms are available.
Sponsor Meeting Hub consists of the following two meeting rooms:
– Meeting Room 1 (10 pax board room)
– Meeting Room 2 (20 pax board room)
All rooms are equipped with the following standard equipment – no changes or additional orders are possible: conference tables, chairs and a monitor, laptop connected to internet in case of presentations. The room setup is fixed. Water stations will be provided in the room. No additional catering can be ordered.
Before the session
- Check in the morning if the time schedule(s) still match with the booking list
- Check in the morning and in between the sessions if the rooms are clean and tidy
- Friendly welcome at the welcome desk
- Check the booking list and guide the people to the dedicated meeting room
- In case they want to use their own laptop they can do so. In this case, please take the unused room laptop to the welcome desk
During the session
- Please do not leave your position under any circumstances. There should always be one person sitting at the welcome desk.at all costs
- Please ensure all doors are closed while the session is on-going.
- Make sure that the room temperature is comfortable (inform us if not)
After the Session
- Check the room for lost items
- Check if the room is clean and tidy
- Bring back the laptop in case it was removed
