Registration Process:
When a person comes with a completed form:
- Make sure the email address is complete and readable otherwise the receipt cannot be sent out after the Meeting.
- ask how they want to pay: credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex) or cash (Euro/SEK)
- Before processing the payment make sure that the delegates have chosen the correct fee (if they are an EASD member check membership status first)
- Charge the credit card via PayOne / process the cash payment (with EASD Staff)
IMPORTANT: After entering a reservation in PayOne,
⇒ ALWAYS click on the button RESERVATION in the column on the left hand side
- If the credit card does not work, ask for a different card or cash
- After processing the payment, enter first name / family name / country into the registration system.
- Print the name badge and hand over the following items:
- CREDIT CARD + Receipt + Copy of Registration Form
- Name badge
- Lanyard
- Transport Ticket
- Bag
- Pocket Programme
- If the delegate wants an official receipt/invoice, inform them that it will be sent after the meeting. Make sure that the email and invoice address is complete and readable.
- Every cash payment has to be entered on the cash-list by a member of the EASD staff.
- Every credit card payment: 1 copy of receipt from PayOne for delegate, 1 copy with registration form into tray.
IMPORTANT: Clear writing, clear e-mail address, preference: business car
