You should be onsite and in uniform by 08:30 from Monday to Friday (28 September – 02 October 2026).

Entrance to Press Centre:
ONLY the following badges may enter the Press Centre:
- yellow (staff)
- grey (press)
- red (supervisor)
- black (organiser)
Persons with a blue (delegate), light blue (EASD faculty) or a green (industry/exhibitor) badge may only deliver materials or come to speak to journalists but may not use the facilities. Please assist if they are looking for someone and guide them to the person they are looking for, they should not be in the Press Centre on their own.
Your job is:
- Keeping the room tidy (clear away empty cups, used plates, etc.)
- Running errands when needed
- Supervise 3rd party press releases display table
- Suppport press conferences – guide press delegates to Press Conference Hall (Chicago Hall), provide microphones etc.
- Questions regarding press activities should be directed to Simon Müller or Tony Kirby
- Questions regarding press conference times or locations – please refer to your timetable
