Special activity areas within the industry exhibition
In addition to the companies’ booths, there are several special activity areas placed throughout the exhibition hall B (exact positions can be found in the exhibition floorplan and in the Pocket Programme):
- Seating areas (5x)
- Recharge lounge
- Virtual Meeting stations (2x)
- Meeting Pods (2x)
These areas are sponsored by companies, so they should be appealing and inviting for delegates to spend some time there.

You are responsible that everything is in well order for those areas:
Seating areas / Recharge lounge / Meeting pods:
- Check the tidiness of the areas, remove the biggest waste and align the seats/stools if necessary.
- Check the tables for stains (e.g. coffee) and clean it if necessary (please ask at the Exhibitor Service Desk for cleaning supplies).
Virtual Meeting station:
- Check the tidiness of the areas, remove the biggest waste and align the seats/stools if necessary.
- Check the tables for stains (e.g. coffee) and clean it if necessary (please ask at the Exhibitor Service Desk for cleaning supplies).
- Check if the landing page is displayed for stations that are currently not occupied by a delegate (if not, please click on Home at the left side of the menu bar).
