Special activity areas placed throughout the venue (exact positions will be shown to you during the briefing):
South Wing Level 0 (Exhibition hall):
- Large seating area
Level 1 (Balcony):
- Seating areas (2x)
- Recharge lounge
- Meeting Pod
Level 2:
- Seating area
- Meeting Pod (from Tuesday)
North Wing:
- Seating area
- Virtual Meeting station
These areas are sponsored by companies, so they should be appealing and inviting for delegates to spend some time there.

You are responsible that everything is in well order for those areas:
Seating areas / Recharge lounge / Meeting pods:
- Check the tidiness of the areas, remove the biggest waste and align the seats/stools if necessary.
- Check the tables for stains (e.g. coffee) and clean it if necessary (please ask at the Exhibitor Service Desk for cleaning supplies).
Virtual Meeting station:
- Check the tidiness of the areas, remove the biggest waste and align the seats/stools if necessary.

- Check if the landing page is displayed for stations that are currently not occupied by a delegate (if not, please click on Home at the left side of the menu bar).
